Ayesha Enterprises respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal details we collect through this website and WhatsApp, why we collect them, and how we protect them, in line with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

1. Who we are

Ayesha Enterprises, D.No. 7-6-850, Sundaramaiah Nagar 1st Line, Sanjeeva Nagar, Guntur, Andhra Pradesh – 522002, India, manufacturer of Alpine Aqua packaged drinking water. We are responsible for the personal details you share with us.

2. What we collect

• Order and enquiry details: your name, mobile number, town or city, bottle size, quantity, required date and any message you write.
• Dealer applications: your name, mobile number, business or shop name, town and the type of partnership you are interested in.
• Custom label details: the name or text you want printed and the logo or design you send us.
• Delivery details: the delivery address you give us when we confirm an order.

We do not collect payment card numbers, bank passwords or Aadhaar details through this website.

3. How we collect it

• The website form does not save your details. When you press submit, it opens WhatsApp with your message ready. We receive your details only when you press send in WhatsApp.
• "Try your label" preview: the logo you upload stays in your own browser and is not sent to us or stored anywhere. It is gone when you close the page. You share your logo with us only if you send it yourself on WhatsApp.
• Details you give us by phone call, WhatsApp chat or in person.

4. How we use it

• To reply to your enquiry and give you a quote.
• To confirm, prepare, label and deliver your order.
• To review and manage dealer and distributor applications.
• To print your custom labels exactly as you approve them.
• To handle complaints, replacements and refunds.
• To keep billing and tax records as required by law.

We will send you offers or new product updates only if you agree to it, and you can say "STOP" any time.

5. Who we share it with

We never sell your personal details. We share them only when needed:

• With our delivery staff or transport partner, only the name, phone number and address needed to deliver your order.
• With our label printer, only your approved label design.
• With government authorities, when required by law.

6. How long we keep it

We keep order and enquiry details only as long as needed for the order and for our business and tax records (usually up to [e.g. 3 years]). Custom label logos are deleted [e.g. 6 months] after your last order, unless you ask us to keep them for repeat orders.

7. Keeping it safe

Only our authorised staff can see your details, and only for the purposes above. We take reasonable care to protect them, but no method of sending information over the internet or by phone is 100% secure.

8. Your rights

You can ask us at any time to:

• Tell you what personal details we have about you.
• Correct wrong or outdated details.
• Delete your details (unless we must keep them by law, such as billing records).
• Stop sending you messages.

9. Cookies & outside services

• This website does not use cookies to track you.
• It uses Google Fonts to show text. Google may receive basic technical information such as your IP address when the fonts load.

Our website and services are meant for adults placing orders. We do not knowingly collect details from children under 18.
