1. About us

This website is run by Ayesha Enterprises, D.No. 7-6-850, Sundaramaiah Nagar 1st Line, Sanjeeva Nagar, Guntur, Andhra Pradesh – 522002, India ("we", "us", "our"). We manufacture and supply Alpine Aqua packaged drinking water and provide custom-labelled bottles. By using this website, placing an order or registering as a dealer, you agree to these terms.

2. Orders

• Orders and enquiries sent through this website or WhatsApp are requests. An order is confirmed only after we confirm it by phone or WhatsApp.
• We may accept or decline any order, for example when stock is not available or the delivery location is outside our service area.
• Minimum order quantity for bulk supply: [e.g. 10 boxes].
• Changes or cancellations must be informed at least [24 hours] before dispatch. Custom label orders cannot be cancelled once printing has started.

3. Prices & payment

• Prices are shared at the time of order confirmation and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Prices may change without notice, but a confirmed order keeps its confirmed price.
• The selling price of any bottle will not be more than the Maximum Retail Price (MRP) printed on the label.
• Payment terms: [e.g. full payment on delivery for retail orders; 50% advance for bulk and custom label orders].
• Accepted payment methods: [Cash / UPI / Bank transfer].

4. Delivery

• We deliver in Guntur and nearby areas: [list areas]. Delivery charges, if any, are informed at confirmation.
• Delivery dates are estimates. Delays caused by weather, transport strikes, road conditions or other events beyond our control are not our responsibility, but we will keep you informed.
• Please check the boxes at the time of delivery. Someone should be available at the address to receive the order.

5. Quality & storage

• Alpine Aqua is produced in our ISO 22000:2018 certified plant under a valid FSSAI licence. The licence number, batch number, packing date and "use by" date are printed on every label.
• Storage: keep bottles in a clean, cool and dry place, away from direct sunlight, chemicals and strong smells. Do not store in hot vehicles for long periods.
• Do not use a bottle if the seal is broken or the bottle is damaged. Do not refill or reuse single-use bottles.

6. Returns & replacement

Because drinking water is a food product, opened or used bottles cannot be returned. We will replace or refund the following, if reported within [24 hours] of delivery with a photo:

• Bottles with a broken seal, leakage or damage at the time of delivery.
• Wrong product or wrong quantity delivered.
• Any genuine quality complaint (please keep the bottle and its batch number for checking).

Damage caused after delivery, due to wrong storage or handling, is not covered.

7. Custom labels

• You confirm that you own, or have permission to use, every logo, name, photo and design you send us. You are responsible for any claim about these materials.
• We will share a label proof for approval. Printing starts only after your written approval (WhatsApp is fine). Please check spellings, names and dates carefully, as we are not responsible for mistakes in approved proofs.
• The label preview on this website is only a sample. Final colours and sizes may vary slightly in print.
• As required by food safety rules, every custom label will also show the manufacturer details, FSSAI licence number, batch number and other mandatory information. These cannot be removed.
• We may refuse designs that are offensive, misleading or that copy another brand.

8. Dealers & distributors

• Submitting the dealer form is an application only. Appointment is confirmed after discussion and a separate written agreement.
• Dealers must sell Alpine Aqua at or below the printed MRP, store stock properly, and must not refill, relabel or tamper with bottles.
• Territories, margins, credit and targets are as per the dealer agreement.

9. 20 L jars

• 20 L jars remain our property. A refundable jar deposit of [₹ amount] may apply.
• Please return empty jars clean, and do not use them for any other liquid. Lost or damaged jars will be charged.

10. Liability

We take every care to supply safe, quality water. To the extent allowed by law, our total responsibility for any order is limited to the value of that order. We are not responsible for losses caused by wrong storage, tampering after delivery, or use of the product in a way it is not meant for.

11. Website use

• All content on this website, including text, photos and the Ayesha Enterprises and Alpine Aqua names and logos, belongs to Ayesha Enterprises and may not be copied without permission.
• Product photos and illustrations are for representation only.
• We may update these terms at any time. The "Last updated" date at the top shows the latest version.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts at Guntur, Andhra Pradesh.
